Conveniently located near Reef HQ Aquarium, which was nice. the staff here were super friendly and helpful. the room was clean and had a nice, fresh feel - just the way I like it! 😊

The location here is fantastic, just a few minutes away from a ship museum, and it's worth staying in the apartment with a marina view as the staff are friendly and excellent.

We loved the location of this hotel, which was in a quiet and peaceful area, but just down from a street of restaurants. The room was spacious and included valuable amenities like a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen with cooking supplies. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to stay by the swimming pool until our late flight. We also appreciated the free wi-fi in rooms.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay with friendly staff and great amenities.

The apartment we had was well equipped, very large with an air conditioner in every room. The apartment was serviced daily. The kitchen had all of the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare meals. Park Regis Anchorage is located on Palmer street, which has the best restaurants in Townsville. The Brewery is a nice place to have lunch, with a large variety of different beers brewed at the establishment.

We were unable to use the balcony of apartment 8, second floor due to it having three air conditioner condenser units on it which constantly blew hot air. The shower over the bath did not have a handle to support oneself when getting in and out of the shower. We found this to be dangerous.

great place to stay for my quick trip to Townsville

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms and all the amenities of an apartment. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet and peaceful area just down the street from a variety of restaurants. The staff provide excellent service and the attention to detail is evident, with a balcony that offers incredible views and even a nice breeze blowing hot air out. The breakfast is a true display of North Queensland hospitality.

Poor value for money when one compares with Oaks Apartments, absaolute luxoury in comparison.two bedroom rates were about the same per night.

Some of the room fittings were a little tacky-like the exhaust fan in the bathroom which was also noisy. One bed lamp did not work. No breakfast facility on site. Basically I drove to the breakfast location. This is budget accommodation and there is a price to pay in facilities. I would possibly use the hotel again but could only recommend it based on price.

Clean unit, helpful reception staff, upgraded room, attentive cleaning staff, good location.

There were some ants in the bathroom, there were no eating (breakfast/dining) facilities of the hotel.
